We offer three versatile event spaces: a large main hall of 224 m2, a second hall of 100 m2, and a third hall of 75 m2. Our main room is a bright, airy space contrasted by exposed beam ceilings, handmade patterned-tile floors, custom doors and casement windows and are furnished with thoughtful antiques, plush chesterfield love seats as well as vintage-styled white chairs and floral arrangements. A beautiful space to convene, we can make this space suit your every need.
Room 2 is an inviting space with artisan doors, handmade tile floors, bright casement windows looking out over expansive views. The space offers a warm, serene ambiance that is primed to suit whatever your needs may be.
Room 3 is bright and cheerful with casement windows, high, exposed-beam ceilings and handmade tiles throughout. An intimate, inviting space, it is the perfect venue for smaller meetings and events.
Our facilities are equipped to make all of your events run seamlessly. We have myriad equipment rentals available to suit your needs.
We provide 100 Mbps WiFi that is included in the hall rental; 300 Mbps wired or wireless connection is also available for an additional fee. Optional equipment includes JBL Speaker, microphone, modular square LED, beam heads, LED light, LED screens in 30”, 50” or 60”, projector/video beam as well as a translation booth. The cuisine at El Lugar delivers a true farm-to-table experience with the majority of our herbs, fruit and vegetables coming from our own organic garden. Gastronomically locavore, what doesn’t come from our garden is locally sourced from the abundant riches of our surrounding communities. Not only is our food quintessentially local and seasonal, it gives back to our local community.
The Fitness and Yoga Deck at El Lugar Costa Rica Resort offers an exclusive space for practice and body care. This wooden platform, surrounded by lush vegetation and verdant views, is equipped with yoga mats, blocks, and straps. We cater to all yoga experience levels and also offer additional fitness equipment for a rounded workout experience. Accommodations: Options include reserving block rooms or you book an exclusive event where the entire El Lugar property is yours for the duration of your guests’ stay, depending on the size of your party.
